MediCupping™ is the use of a machine to create suction and pumping movements. The modern style of cupping therapy, blends contemporary massage techniques with the ancient art of cupping therapy. Come experience the new PREGO PILLOW. It allows expectant mothers, in all trimesters, to enjoy laying face down while receiving a normal massage. Its patented design is also great for clients who have recently had breast surgery or suffer from lower back problems. 

Prenatal-OBGYN referral required for prenatal massage. Midwife and/or Doula referrals cannot be legally accepted for service. Electric table warmers are turned off and no essential oils are used for the safety of your baby.

Smooth warm Himalayan salt stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

The initial treatment is a comprehensive 30-minute appointment that includes an intake interview, a discussion of health goals, a thorough musculoskeletal assessment, hot moist packs to treamtent area, Graston Technique® treatment (ONE AREA ONLY ex: left shoulder), and a personalized stretching regimen tailored to your needs. Add-On CBD emollient for $5.

Graston Technique® therapy is a unique, evidence-based, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (“IASTM”) modality, which involves specific manual therapy applications utilizing appropriate instruments combined with exercise therapy.

The Standard Graston Treatment is a 15-minute appointment (ONE AREA ONLY ex: left shoulder) that will provide you with the best instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) and follow-up stretches. Add-On CBD emollient for $5.
